about

"Dear Friends,

On the cusp of this momentous election, we'd like to make a musical offering to the world.

Theresa Thomason, our beloved singer these last 25 years, during our Autumn Equinox live stream (youtu.be/TIIPSGjWTAM) from my barn, on September 19th, gave an iconic performance of the great American song, "How Can I Keep From Singing." She is accompanied by a dynamic Brazilian rhythm section of Henrique Eisenmann, piano; Peter Slavov, bass; and Rogerio Boccato on drums.

We want to share this performance with you.

In her final line, Theresa makes a slight shift in the lyric, to make this an appeal to all of us.

And what I hear, in this line, is: "How can we keep from voting."

Good luck to us all!"
